The base software of Central Hub and Resource Link® (CHRL) is comprised of two primary software components: gesture-controlled application (which is uploaded and displayed on a digital kiosk) and the Access Portal. The application auto-scrolls through all messages with a maximum capacity of 150 full screens. This digital kiosk allows for user-driven, gesture-controlled engagement. Engagement data is generated when people interact with CHRL. Through this software the data is captured in real-time and obtained through MESA’s Access Portal. The ease of interaction and programming design is a useful, fun, and interactive tool for each person to connect with messages and information.
Your messages and information are created through the software in MESA's Access Portal. These messages are a mixture of text, images, videos, slideshows, photo galleries, audio, surveys, and QR codes.

SECURE ACCESS FROM ANY WEB BROWSER
MESA’s clients can log in at any time, from any web browser to access data to create messaging content in response to user interactive trends.
MESSAGE & LANDING PAGE DESIGN
The secure Access Portal allows for the creation of messages and landing pages via easy-to-use templates, which quickly enable information to be entered and creative designs to be uploaded and displayed on the digital kiosk. Message and landing page combinations can be scheduled through CHRL’s internal calendar component, which accommodates campaigns or future events.
APPROVAL
Newly created messages and landing page content require approval. This requirement ensures that the content created in the Access Portal is appropriate when displayed on CHRL at the digital kiosk.
ANALYTICS
The online, secured client Access Portal allows the user to see graphic trends of all impressions and interactive data in real-time. This enables immediate trending and participation data. There are filtering options available for a date range, method of searching, and message title. MESA guides our clients through the process.
AUTO-SCROLLING PROGRAM
CHRL’s software application is designed to automatically scroll through all messages until a person enters the interactive window. Once a person completes their interaction and exits the interactive window, the auto-scrolling program returns.
